Shipping

Thank you for buying with The DAILY.NHI SG. After purchasing, we will send you an email with your Tracking Reference Number to notify you that your order has been shipped:

– All local parcels can be tracked here.

– All overseas parcels can be tracked: QExpress, SingPost, Aramex.

– Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers, discounts and store credits.

-Our courier rates do not include import tax and we regret to inform that import tax will be borne by the customer.

 

Local Shipping

Free shipping within Singapore is available for orders above 100 SGD. If your order is under 100 SGD, there is a shipping charge of 2 SGD for each order.

Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied to pre-order items. However, during the peak period, we will take longer than expected. We really appreciate your understanding with us of this. Do feel free to drop us a note if you need the item for any special occasions so we can prepare them accordingly.

 

Malaysia Shipping

Free shipping within Malaysia is available for orders above 250 SGD. If your order is under 250SGD, there is a shipping charge of 12SGD for each order.

Your parcel will arrive within 8-14 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied to pre-order items.

 

Thailand, Hong Kong & Taiwan Shipping 

Free shipping within these mentioned locations is available for orders above 350 SGD. If your order is under 350 SGD, there is a shipping charge of 30 SGD for each order.

If the shipping charge is lower than the mentioned amount, we will refund you the remaining balance, together with the shipping invoice.

Your parcel will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied to pre-order items.

 

Indonesian, Philippines, Korea, Japan, Brunei Shipping

Free shipping within these mentioned locations is available for orders above 350 SGD. If your order is under 350 SGD, there is a shipping charge of 50 SGD for each order.

If the shipping charge is lower than the mentioned amount, we will refund you the remaining balance, together with the shipping invoice.

Your parcel will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied to pre-order items.

 

Rest of the world’s Shipping

There is a shipping charge of 80 SGD for each order for the rest of the countries.

If the shipping charge is lower than the mentioned amount, we will refund you the remaining balance, together with the shipping invoice.

Your parcel will arrive within 15-20 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied to pre-order items.
